Mantyl is built by a small team that reads everything. Expect a reply within one business day, usually much faster.
For anything about a verification run, include the job id your terminal printed (the 24-character code) and we can see exactly what happened. For passport questions, include the passport link.
Payments are processed by Whop, so your receipt arrives from Whop and card questions are answered fastest through the link in that receipt. Refunds follow the position in the terms: a credit is refundable until its verification runs, and a run our infrastructure failed to execute is refunded. Email us for any of it and we will sort it either way.
Found something wrong in the CLI, the site or the verification pipeline? Email the address above with SECURITY in the subject and it goes to the top of the pile. Good-faith reports are always welcome and never punished.
